What is Pilates? (Pronounced Puh-lah-tees)

Although it's today's hottest exercise craze, Pilates was developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture and teaches balance and flexibility. All while using both mind and body to create a streamlined physique without the bulk. By doing Pilates, you can minimize the amount of time spent working out, but maximize the results from a full body workout. It's all  about Quality vs. Quantity!  

Pilates Plus offers a variety of classes and Personal training including Vinyasa Yoga, Kripalu Yoga. Kundalini Yoga, and Interval classes including ball work, bands and towels.
   
Pilates Props:
Each class is unique. We use towels, balls, bands, and rings. These tools help to develop muscle strength, control, and flexibility.

Pilates For Men And Women:
Pilates Plus’s training facilities are second to none. We have an exercise program to fit your needs, for both men and women.

Equipment Training:
Work one on one with a certified instructor. Enhances form and technique.
